TMG management have just come back from a mediation between themselves and AEP .
Apparently the mediator and the attorneys for AEP were dumbfounded by the fact that the three AEP representatives Larry, Curley and Moe could not make one single decision resulting in any progress so the whole affair was for not. The meeting ended with apologies from the AEP attorneys. Good sign for TMG.
