O'Reilly was hot on Ashcroft's case last night blasting him because he would not come on O'Reilly to make a statement why Malvo was released into the states.... In an interview this morning, former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova said that it would be pretty stupid of Ashcroft to talk to O'Reilly right now with an investigation going on, AND he said the INS needs to be dismantled and built from the ground up, and Ashcroft is the only AG trying to do something about it in recent memory.
