Newman, read what you wrote more carefully. They issued $5 million in DEBENTURES. The debentures are in turn convertable into $5 million worth of SHARES. The number of shares to be issued depends on the price of the shares at the time of conversion. If the conversion price were $.05, divide .05 into 5,000,000 and that will give you the number of shares, assuming all were to be converted at that price. Enough posts for one night. If the stock is as fruitful as this board is prolific, we'll all be rich.
