FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -> FSCO CRD # 27269 Fiero Bros Inc has been in a continuous battle for 7 years with NASD Regulation, Inc. We have fought and appealed these allegations of short selling violations that have been presented before us. At this point we feel that this pursuit has no longer any meaning and these NASD licenses that we hold no longer have any value. Therefore, we will not appeal this decision any further and will surrender our licenses to the NASD at the close of business today. John Fiero President
