News on economy, jobs, earnings etc doesn't take this market down.

The catalyst for the bulk of this year's decline, as I remeber it, was the lawsuits against the brokerages. That is something that really had the boys scared.

Now this proforma news is the sort of thing that can take the market down. It is removing part of their ramp arsenal.
