pick six BC ... yep .. verrrrrrry strange I suspect that you are correct in your assessment that the winners of the first four races were known before the final ticket(s) info was transmitted. Appears that it was a small OTB where all six winning tickets were sold to the same dude...... methinks greed will be his undoing .... most likely could've gotten away with a single winner and gotten close to the same total.... I the only scam I can recall the details from was a decade or so ago at Delta Downs *(or so it seems) .... there were three or four involved in the "past posting wagers" .... head of the mutuels, a ticket seller, a spotter, and a bettor ..... window was kept alive to sell tickets (violation of the rules needless to say) until the horses were about at the first call .... the spotter signaled to the bettor who would get down around a hundred bucks on the longshots which were on the board at that time .... I think it was relatively small scale, as the handle was definitely small but my stats show that the winner of a claiming sprint will be on the board at the first call more than seventy (70) percent of the time ... guess they knew that too ....... gggggg This deal on the BC is NOT small scale, tho .... but, I don't think ANY money has been paid out ....
