Well Charles I am going to bed.. did not confirm your recollection of FDA ruling on over the counter status for LIDAKOL one way or the other. Did come across lots and lots of licencing renewals all the old buds come back to the fold.. Bristol Myers Squibb the U.S. Mexico and Canada. Yamanouchi has Europe,Africa and Middle East. Greeland Pharmaceutical has Japan. Boryiung has Korea. CTS industries has Israel. New partners to be licenced in China and South and Central America and India. And yet ... the company is expected to burn cash for a while but then milestone royalty payments are due upon completion of certain milestones... gets confusing.....I would think if Lidakol becomes a drug Lidak would be in the black???? S&P says it thinks not????? can anybody make sense of this??? a global over the counter(maybe) drug like this and no profit???? impossible.. luis
