Problems users share can give insight into the product and support given by the company therefore are legitamately discussed on this thread. Actual user feedback, from someone with no axe to grind, is invaluable. Not to pick on Pat Gigahertz, but, she probably spent AT LEAST (correct me if im wrong) $3500 on a computer that crashes <<5 times an hour>>. Boy, the company that made that has a future! Guess which direction. Where did she find the solution to her problem? From the dealer? From the company support? Doesnt sound like the "best, fastest, easiest to use" computer on the market to me? Yes, its only a sample size of one, but if a sophisticated person like PG is having this problem somethings doesnt bode well. What's a less sophisticated person going to buy? Gateway 2000! Somebody on this thread BETTER have a solution for her forthwith, posthaste! And they did!!
