Robin Hood Law I don't know if I am an expert on the details. Our kids school district sends a lot of money to another school district based on the provisions. It is a cumbersome and complex scheme to transfer some property tax from wealthier communities to poor ones to pay for schools. I think it is written the way it is because that will make it easier to drop the scheme when the Republicans complete their takeover of the state judiciary. TP
