Living in RI, I get the small added bonus of a $1,000 deduction on my state income taxes.

This is just a small part of my strategy to be able to afford my son's education. The larger strategy involves convincing him to go to school in Canada. At two and a half, he can already tell you that there is just that certain je ne sais quoi about those McGill girls.
