Myself never complete highschool English is misleading since
i really never completed any after 7 th grade with my Mom's
pressure onto them educators to fudge me into each next grade
eventhought i never could pass any Englaish test and while i did
"skip" out of highschool my Mom went to them and got that pieced
of paper saying i'am a gradueat. Also, i forget which year in highschool
it was, or sandwhich the grade level, but i was walking near the highschool
area during and this threacher ran towards me telling me to take a test,
and i looked at her and no need to, but then the weather was cold
and damp so i said ok and entered a room full of seniors and figured
that was my level, and after a few minutes took that SAT i think it was,
and later my English score was 13 percentile meaning in the usa
only a dozen kids scored below me.

Gosh Jim, "will be" is quite clear and does not include a "when"
but,
hopefully you been around this mining industry to realize that this
is the kind of talk made by a company to its shareholders to signal that
they have everything in place to be successful in the very near future,
and yes its only a matter of a short time until they start cranking out
that for profit gold in a quanity to tag "we are there and getting better."

So yes Jim, they are "there" as in on top of a wet deep coated
hill-top of loose gold covering and have the little snowball made from
the "balls" of this company GE pusing down the hill and gathering
and gathering small amounts and soon it will be free-falling BIG TIME.
