Lots of charts have definitely gotten too low and have worked themselves into a nicely wound up state...yep.
If you remember how to do TC, look for those. ISSI is a good example here. 2 shots of TC over the next 4 days on it.

The ACT on the Dow is around 8530. The 200 dMA is around 9024.
If there's a break over the ACT and a good retest of the break, it might be that the dow will take a crack at the 200.
If the ACT is seen as resistance instead, a trip back to 7500 would be likely.
Actually, either way...7500 is likely. Either after an attempt on the 200 or upon a failure to break over the ACT.
