I have heard that they have taken steps to reorganize already this quarter, including changing the bonuses of operating divisions to being based on the performance of the company as a whole instead of solely based on the results of the individual division. This is a big step as it focuses all of the division managers on working together instead of on continuing to function in their own little fiefdoms. I think that the results of this change will find their way to the bottom line fairly quickly.
