The history of the Persian Gulf would not be significantly different in Israel's absence << you imperialist war mongers love to play the "what if" game. what if saddam gets nukes. what if saddam controls all the oil. what if the jewish state had not come into existence. what if this. what if that. you notice that the neo-cons and their lackeys the theo-cons who are pushing us toward all-out war in the middle east all talk about "what ifs". the sensible people who are trying to keep us out of war are presenting the facts as they are here and now. all the pathetic excuses i hear for war are based on "what if" speculation. i've got a what if for you. what if israel had been a true ally and warned us about 9/11 ahead of time?
