I took a buck out of LVLT and then ran. I think this rally is going to peter out after the elections and we have a very good chance of making new lows. If we do make new lows I think people flee Mutual funds in a big way and the market will tank big time as a result. cross-currents.net I have gold stocks and am buying gold. $gold has formed a classic cup and handle pattern in the years since the Bull peaked. If it breaks above $330 gold stocks are going to go nuts. the charts in this article make it easy to see my point of view about people fleeing mutual funds. safehaven.com IF we make new lows I expect LVLT to at least fill the gap. If it fills the gap I'll pick up a small amount, but I am more interested in making money on the drop that will fill that gap than waiting for the economy to recover. If we do make new lows even if it is not the final bottom I think it will cause the kind of panic selling that will give us an extended bear market rally. Several months at least. If I am confident about a bottom I will probably pick up a lot of BRKB. After this drop there will be some real bargains. Of course if we dont get it I may not do well at all with my gold stocks.
