Do you use technical analysis or just fundamental analysis to help you make decisions as to when to short stocks in the SOX?

At what level do you expect to initiate your short positions? Which stocks do you intend to short? Can you provide me with an SOX chart detailing where you expect this run to stop and where you want to short these stocks? I'll try to make it a bit easier.
