Hi Paul,
I believe it was at the $11 level when you predicted that APCC would be cut in half. My interpretation of that statement at that time was below 6.
It is unfortunate to have to realize that without such ridiculous statements as yours there would be very few posts here at SI.
Next time you might at least call your call an educated guess.
