Prior to the announcement (1 month before) of the $3,000,000 fiance package by Paramount Capital I spoke to Procept's Financial Officer. He told me that a company analysis was being done by an outside firm looking to invest in Procept. I believe that Paramount Capital did its research prior to investing. Time will only tell if they were correct. I feel strongly that Procept will survive. So strong that I bought some more shares this week during the dip. I see it as a buying opportunity. Time will only tell if I was right!
