I agree Bruce. Primus has distinguished itself not only from its peer group (mostly because they are all gone, save one), also from the rest of telecom in general. While even the WorldCom's are going bankrupt, Primus is increasing its estimates for year end results.

Once the "anything telecom is bad" sentiment evaporates, as such sentiments always do in the marketplace, Primus will start to receive recognition for the value it represents. Only my opinion.
