please read 2508, where my target was calculated as 8.76. Sorry to confuse you with the expression "cut in half". I already mentioned then, that APCC has to stabilize over 13 to reverse my opinion. This is just happening, so I´m turning bullish (not bullshit as you assume) for the moment.
