The Justice Department needs to have a very high level witness testify against the former leaders of Enron in order to help prove they were aware of and helped approve (and possibly conceal) Enron's fraudulent schemes to hide debt and fabcricate profits. I will be MOST IMPRESSED if The Justice Department is able to indict AND convict Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling...=)
