I don't get it Murrey. At most, it takes me 3, maybe 4 days spent on a turkey. And most of that is waiting for it to thaw. Perhaps it has something to do with the spices you use (Instanbul, Ankara, Capadocia, Antayla, Bodrum, Kusadasi).

I bet you probably had to spend a lot of time finding them strange spices. I pretty much stick to salt, pepper & maybe a little tarragon. They are in almost every grocery store & you don't have to traipse all over the world lookin' for 'em.

One more thing. I checked out yer turkey pictures & danged if I could find a wing or even a drumstick?!?!? Looks like you had to go to the far ends of the earth lookin' fer them spices. No wonder it took 30 days on that turkey.
