They are only half warrants and they are set at $19US (29.80 CDN), well above todays price so they are irrelevant for the moment. The new shares are at $13.90US (21.80 CDN)so until something is done with the cash there is no true dilution as the cash equivalent is higher than todays stock price. That is why I thought the reaction was kinda knee-jerk, perhaps to the thought of dilution. I would have preferred if they hinted at the purpose for funds - expansion of the mine, acquisition, etc.

In my mind, better to do this now while the market has a solid footing and if it is for an acquisition then all the better. Just MHO.
