jw, fwiw I'm not in the camp that says bonds have to tank for gold to do well. Sure it would help, but I don't see it as an absolute necessity.

There is enough coin in my opinion in other places, that will be looking for a home, to drive gold. As you noted the market cap is small. And I agree it is likely to turn into an internet type of bubble.
