A company who would sue such an individual is essentially saying to its shareholders, never mind that we're in this position because we're supposed to be building a business, we're going to spend our time and shovel your money to lawyers in order to persecute this doofus because we are deluded into thinking the whole world revolves around some chat thread on the internet ..... so they sue, and then the stock tanks, many go teaters completely, often with not a lot of elapsed time between ... and all the time, they had the option, just run the g.d. business
One time on the wsp.v thread my good friend EC posted 'WSP is a scam!' - #reply-5020285 ... well we didn't think it was, and if it was it sure scammed deBeers into takeout mood good enough, so who cares .... but point being, some of us were very very long this PoS at the time, with its best interests at heart ... several proposed that the company sue EC, and a few myself included opposed this strongly, among the main reasons being that such a reaction legitimises the comment in a real way, all of a sudden the free-speechers get up on their hind legs and fight, since legal action chills all discussion fair and foul, and no company is without faults when you get looking for them, lord knows that included Winspear
