Charles, I get the impression that there was an available fund shortage. This is from comments by others who called the company. Also, from my experience as an accountant in the military, the government insists on prompt and proper reporting. Anything less could jeopardize a contract. Plus, they just hired quite a few new management people, so it looks like they are staffing-up for something. You have to wonder about the CEO and CFO leaving as well, and the possibility that this is related to DARPA.
