I hope the press follows this story to its conclusion.

If the racing folks deny this guy Davis his 3 Large, the funds will be distributed to the consolation winners, whose names appear on the tax forms that were furnished to the tracks.

There could be some wealthy dead folks, winos, etc.

Should be fun to watch.
