According to "The Moneypaper" newsletter, the company was formerly in the pay-telephone business. I beleive that this is where the confusion takes place of how long the company has been in business. The newsletter states that they sold that subsidiary & was now concentrating on it's remaining subsidiary, Hi-Rim Communications. This company became active only in April 1995. It is this subsidiary that is in the domestic & international long-distance telephone services. Does this make better sense??? There is an address at the bottom of this newsletter.
