To all: I refined my estimate to $0.07/share in Q2 to take into account monthly engineering and development fees paid by Heidelberg to Presstek thru the remainder of 1996. This is as per clause 6 of the Memorandum of Understanding No. 4 dated Nov. 9th 1995. The item is bulleted but I used the amount of $175,000 per month outlined in the original Master Agreement of January 1, 1991, clause 3(c). This will have the effect of increasing my 1996 estimate to $0.30 per share, from the $0.24 posted yesterday.
