I put cybJERKen on ignore for just that reason. He's irrational in his analysis of the American political scene. He seems to think the Democratic party is some sort of Marxist vangaurd party, ready to take over the U.S. and institute a Marxist regime. The Democractic party of capitalist millionares like Kennedy, Lautenberg, Kohl, etc. is hardly a Marxist party. Yes, their policies are certainly to the left of the Republicans, but they can harldy be called Marxist in the true definition of the word.

There are, in fact, Marxist parties in the U.S. like the Socialist Workers Party, Workers World Party, even the Communist Party USA that do have agendas to implement a Marxist regime in the U.S. The Democractic party does not share their agenda. The Democractic party is most definitely a capitalist party that has a socialist tinge to it. BTW, that socialist tinge has faded over the decades and the Democrats have moved very much to the center on economic issues. Just put cybJERKen on ignore. He's a fool!
