G, the SEC stuff is old news unless they screwed around with revenues after McGinn 'left', but I doubt it: Henry looked and sounded sincere when he talked about cleaning that s$$t up... Even if LU has to restate its earnings for McGinn era, it would not much matter now. As for worsening credit ratings, this may actually help LU buy back some of the debt cheaper <g> JMHO
