that is my point, Prechter specializes in declines I believe he missed the majority of the S&P runup from 1994 to 2000 back then his book was selling gangbusters "Crest of the Storm" ??? I cannot remember its name he is like Fleckenstein trot him out to explain a decline or bear just my opinion / jim
