No, the drop has nothing to do with the SEC news.
A survey or report broadcasted by CNBC indicated that network and enterprise companies have enough network infrastructure and in many cases more than they need. Increase in spending would only be in the VOIP related hardware.
I figured everyone new this when I posted my previous posting.
