I have attempted in many ways to work toward a solution. We had one for awhile, when Laz agreed to open SMBR to me under certain very specific conditions, which I agreed to. I fulfilled the conditions in full, but within a few days he reneged on the agreement and rebanned me based on something that had nothing whatever to do with our agreement or Poet.

I made many concessions early on to try to reach agreement, but those negotiating (not mediating) for Poet refused any compromise.

I made statements which I told Poet she was welcome to consider apologies is she chose to. She refused to.

I have offered to have all let go of the issues on all sides and let us all move on. This has been rejected.

I have just recently offered to engage in a process where apologies can be offered, including one by me.

All of these are realistic options to solve the problem.

I have tried hard to work toward a realistic solution. At one point we had agreement which I held to but Laz did not.

I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue. Poet has made no movement away from her initial demand.

So yes, I would agree with you that she has not indicated a willingness to work toward a realistic solution. She wants it her way or no way.

That is not negotiation, that is not mediation, that is simply refusal to attempt to find a solution.
