How do you know it's not the other way around? The network infrastructure spending is not news. It has been reflected in the numbers for a long time. The real news seems to be the SEC investigation. Nothing good ever comes of having the SEC on your back. So many companies have recently gone down the 'nothing is wrong with our accounting, ...er, oops, maybe there is something wrong' path that the market is skittish of ANY HINT OF IMPROPRIETY, whether based in fact or not. IMO, the weakness IS the SEC news. Be careful of a drop in LU (and NT, although it is in a stronger position) early next week.
