Mindless Zombie award for those who would ban cellphones being used in moving cars. Ban the Mindless Zombies who think that banning cellphones in moving vehicles is a good idea. They are obviously too mentally incompetent to be in charge of a moving vehicle. They don't understand the driving process and are therefore unsafe. While we are at it, ban the 'scientists' who did this stupid research showing that using cellphones is unsafe. Ban them from driving and doing science.
