RT-HSS would benefit Blockbuster-This month, more than 4400 Blockbuster stores will unveil to
customers the ultimate movie experience. Beginning in November all of the
company's company-operated stores will feature clearly delineated retail and
rental sections, color-blocked in-store signage, expanded focus on DVDs and
games, enhanced product selection, and other new design features developed to
strengthen Blockbuster's customer experience.
Stores have been redesigned to make shopping easier and more fun --
additional improvements include enhancing 1,000 stores with Hispanic product,
signage and confections. Other brand new features include a price match
guarantee -- you'll never find that video somewhere else for less money,
enhanced quality of rentals and free rentals with purchases.
