KB, I couldn't stand waiting any longer. I've dipped toes short in HOV and NVR today.

Also took the opportunity to cut way way back on tech. I may be early to leave that party, but I feel the time is upon me to raise cash. VRSN, ORCL, and AMAT are the only ones left, and they have 'for sale' signs out front.
