Salmon if I am at home either poached or Bbqd. I either fillet or slit up the belly and fill with vegs. and lemons salt and pepper and wrap in tin foil so it is really poaching it. Takes about 1/2 hr. for a 5 lbr. My favorite though, is rainbow caught fresh out of cold water and taken right to shore and filleted and cooked over a wood fire. Then take a cigar out of your pocket and enjoy. What a wild finish. Taken a chance with some dumb old stocks today. I bought too many shares.
