I listened to SSB cc. Now I understand. Or at least this is what company said:

Retention rate is >2/3 (lower than last update, btw, at 9/17 it was >70%). Median time in study is 12 months, and 1/2 of subjects have made it through double-blinded portion. Some patients have started on the extension portion.
