For those who may not be aware, Interdata is one of a half dozen European VAR’s that MRV owns all or a majority interest in. These VAR’s sell the equipment of many different vendors including MRV’s product. Thus, MRV revenue in addition to its own Optiswitches and fibredrivers reflects the sale of equipment from well known vendors such as Avaya, Madge, Nortel and Alcatel as well as lesser knowns such as Fluke, European Cabling System, Allied Telesyn, Orinoco (Agere) and Liebert.
