I wonder if you or anyone else on this thread could answer a question that I have. When a mining company on the CDNX has a news release announcing that they have arranged a private placement of shares, either to insiders or others. The news release will state, usually near the bottom, if the financing is accepted and approved by the CDNX exchange. What I'm wondering , once acceptance and approval is granted by the CDNX exchange , does the company have to have a news release that approval has been granted ? If a news release is not required , what other means does one have to determine if approval has been granted, and if the financing has actually closed ? I'm trying to develop a clear understanding of how one can determine when a financing is closed , and the price of the financing has been secured , thus allowing the price of the stock to rise without intervention of interested parties. I'd appreciate any input that anyone has on this subject.

TIA
