KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2002--InterDigital Communications Corporation, a leading architect, designer and provider of wireless technology and product platforms, today announced that it now expects that full year 2002 revenue will be close to 40% higher than that reported in 2001.

The Company also reiterated that it expects 2002 cash flow to be near breakeven. In the Company's second quarter earnings release, InterDigital said that it was optimistic that it would achieve 30% to 40% revenue growth in 2002. The updated guidance is based on improved visibility into projections of handset sales by a key licensee.

InterDigital also indicated that it expects to report revenues for the third quarter 2002 of approximately $14.7 million. The Company is scheduled to release its third quarter 2002 financial results before the market opens on Tuesday, November 12, 2002.
