What he did was not appoint the dude the union wanted him to appoint. And you think he should step aside for that? I don't. Tell me, how you think it fair to castigate Pitt because he was a lawyer specializing in SEC litigation cases, and then say that a pension fund manager of the biggest or best pension fund can serve on an oversight board without an independence problem? Perhaps when you resolve your hypocrisy issues, we can talk. For now, Pitt stays and the unions lose.
