Mark,
That update problem initially scared the crap out of me. I barter computer services for massages. I was updating my massage therapist's computer, after I told her her PC was all done and everything was fine, I got that message. Until I got the same error message on one of my PCs and someone else here also got the same message, my body was ready to wage war on my brain. It could've gotten nasty and I would've been caught in the middle :)
