When I bought the phone and saw "Qualcomm 3G CDMA", I assumed it was 1x. The Sprint people I talked to on the phone had no clue, but said that phone was not on their Vision list. Somebody on the PCS told me that it does not have a 1x ASIC in it. I guess LG ran out of CDMA by Qualcomm stickers and started using the new ones.
