This must be the year when the small guys win? For example... in traders committments, the commercials are divided evenly long and short on the SP500s. Not the small trader... he is 2x1 long vs short. The sentiment is now 2 x 1 in favor of bulls. The dollar is tanking again and the markets are going up. "This time it's different???" <g>
