Here are 9 Ways to Happiness and Health:

1 Exercise regularly (at least 3-5 days a week for thirty minutes or more). Not only does exercise increase your metabolism and help you lose weight, but it keeps your cardiovascular and respiratory system in tip-top shape, improves your immune system, helps keep bones strong, reduces stress levels, improves mood and may help you live a longer, healthier life…..

2 You know the old adage, an apple a day keeps the doctor away…..well, science is proving this is in fact true. Apples are a great source of quercetin, a phytochemical (phyto=plant) that fights damaging free radicals. Rich in fiber, apples can also stabilize blood sugar and help balance cholesterol levels.

3 Berries offer a power packed punch. Packed with the phytochemicals like ellagic acid, lycopene, quercetin, kaempferol and others, berries are some of the best-known foods for maintaining health.

4 Whole grain brown rice is the perfect complex carbohydrate. Less allergenic than wheat, providing mood enhancing B vitamins and a good dose of the bone building minerals magnesium and phosphorus, wholegrain brown rice is a nutritional star.

5 Flax seeds and their oil provide a power-house of protective nutrients and phyto-chemicals. The seeds are rich in fiber and also contain lignans, which may offer cardiovascular support. Flax seeds and their oil are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are heart healthy and important for all around good health.

6 Tomatoes and tomato products are the best source of lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that is being studied for its role in cardiovascular and cellular health.

7 Laughter is good medicine! Studies have found that laughing causes the release of chemicals in the body that produce a sense of pleasure, but that may also support a healthy immune system.

8 A multivitamin/mineral supplement is a reasonable investment for health insurance. Furthermore, most individuals don’t consume an optimal amount of all nutrients on a daily basis so that their bodies can function at the highest level possible to stay well, protect cells from pollutants that enter the body, and keep their brain alert.

9 Random act of kindness not only makes the recipient feel important or loved, but it will also give you pleasure and happiness to know that you’ve helped someone. ALSO, A POSITIVE OUTLOOK ON LIFE HAS BEEN SHOWN TO IMPROVE A PERSON'S QUALITY OF LIFE AND MAY EVEN EXTEND IT!!

I particularly like number 9. Most bulls do :) :)

BTW, note the SPX change of character around it's 50 day moving average over the last two weeks. See how on four separate occasions it acted like concrete. Very much unlike how it has acted so far this year. Cheify, what's your take on the SPX 844 gap?? is it just a bull's itch ?... is it a major concern for you?... or is it perhaps da bears own trojan horse?? i.e must we revisit dat gap or have we broken away...tanks in advance and a nice weekend to all,

Mo
