V-man, looks like you always get the opposite effect w. your site visitors questioning a call that is opposite of a current trend. This may indeed be a contrarian indicator LOL. And from the recent visitors we could fall hard and fast.

Example is the first week in October whe I remember you screaming that we would rally off that lavel any day, many SHORTS questioned that logic. I have to admit I questioned the long call also based simply on October 8-9 internals including the VIX. Boy was I ever wrong!!

Now I read many nay sayers simply want to forget the bear and go straight to 2000, and 10,000 .

Honestly it looks like a Blow Off top, and on the NASD would not be shocked if friday was top for a while at least. same for DOW and S&P.

The one technician that I find hard to believe or to quantify is Murphy. He seems tobe looking at one set of indicators and ignoring the rest.
