nvestor warrants issued in connection with an August 2001 private placement of ABMC shares
will now be traded under the symbol ABMCW.

These warrants can be immediately exercised on a one-for-one basis with shares of ABMC
common stock. The warrant strike price is $1.05. They are five-year warrants, originally issued
in August 2001, with an expiration date of August 22, 2006. They can be redeemed by ABMC
at such a time after the bid price of the common stock is sustained on NASDAQ above $3.15
for 20 consecutive days. Placement agent warrants associated with the August 2001 private
placement are not trading.

"This is an important and logical step for ABMC to take in strengthening its position in the
market," said ABMC chairman and chief executive officer Gerald Moore. "We feel trading these
warrants will help to make our stock more attractive in a broader sense."

So ONE FOR ONE? and they are 50% of the price?
